This site does not share information with any third-parties.   Any information you provide us is used for the purposes of contacting you about the news of GuitarIn5Minutes.com, which sometimes may refer the signee to third-party links. In agreeing to provide their information to us, the signee and subscriber consent that Huffmusic LLC is not responsible for any legal actions, disputes, and/or fraud that arise from entering information into websites accessed through third-party links.
   

2. 2. We collect names and emails for the purpose of maintaining an email list and keeping track of who has signed up for GuitarIn5Minutes.com.  We maintain an active subscriber base whose information will only be accessed by employees of Huffmusic LLC and their designates.

The minimum age for subscription to the website is 18.  Those under 18 may subscribe to the website only through a parent or guardian.  In that case the parent is considered “the subscriber” and any materials shared with their children are done with no liability to Huffmusic LLC.   We do not collect any information from minors under 18 for any purpose.
